CLASS TIMES
Regular class times are drop-in style - simply arrive 10-15 minutes before the class begins, there is no need to book in advance. Beginners courses and Workshops do require prior booking.
The Yoga Space class schedule offers a range of classes daily that range from beginners to the more advanced levels. You will find everything you need at The Yoga Space, mats and props are provided.
Please read the class descriptions that follow so that you can make the choice that suits your needs:
Beginners Yoga
We recommend attending the Beginners course for those who are new to yoga.
Easy Yoga
A class suitable for beginners and those who prefer a less physically demanding class.
General Class
An open class for all, some yoga experience is beneficial but not necessary.
Intermediate Yoga
Some previous yoga experience is necessary - these classes are not recommended for beginners. Please contact the space to determine if this class is suitable for you.
If you are pregnant, have an injury or any pre-existing health condition that requires special attention, please be certain that you have the permission of your doctor or health care professional before starting classes. Please also advise the Yoga instructor before commencement of the class.
